Library

The Numworx modules

Numworx Standard and Premium offer an extensive library of modules which teachers and developers can use out of the box or adapt as they require.

This content includes exercises and course series into which widgets can be integrated. Widgets are more complex interactive components with a range of optional settings.

3D construction

Module: 3D construction

Level: Secondary education

Interactive 2D

This example shows an interactive 2D construction with moveable intersections to simulate an intersecting line crossing a tangent line and to demonstrate the concept of a derivative. In this activity, the interactive construction combines with an assignment to show step-by-step algebraic calculation.

Context: video

This example provides a realistic context to explain the concept of exponential growth. A brief video gives the student the sense of accelerating growth, while the graph tool allows the student to show this growth in a graphic model by completing a formula.
